Frequently Asked Questions

TICKETING:

My tickets are being held at "Will Call". What is that and how do I get them?
If you select "Will Call", you will pick your tickets up at the rodeo grounds the night of the performance at the main ticket booth (brown building at the main gate). Please bring your email confirmation.

What are the ages for child & adult tickets?
Ages 2 through 12 require a children's ticket. At the time of the performance if they are 13 or older, they require an adult ticket.

Are infants free?
If the child is UNDER 2 years old, they will NOT need a ticket – they will have to stay in a lap the entire performance and cannot have a car seat carrier or stroller. All of their "luggage" must fit within your seat.

If I have a child’s ticket but it is going to be an adult, how do I upgrade it?
When you get to the rodeo for the evening you’re attending bring your ticket to the main ticket booth. It's the brown building as you walk in the main entrance. They will assist you in upgrading your ticket.

What is a Family Pass?
Purchase two (2) Adult General Admission tickets for patrons 13 years+ and receive up to five (5) Children General Admission tickets for patrons ages 12 and under. The Family Pass is only good for Thursday's Rodeo Performance and is proudly sponsored by Coca-Cola.

Is there a military or senior citizen discount on tickets?
There is not a military or senior citizen discount at this time, but we do offer a group discount for a large group of 20 or more tickets. This discount will automatically be applied at your check out screen.

Can I put a hold on my tickets and pay for them when I pick them up?
No, tickets must be paid for in full when ordering. The ticketing system does not allow any holds.

I selected "Tickets by Mail" and I haven't received my tickets yet. What do I do?
The ticket office mails tickets within 72 hours of your order being placed. If you do not receive your order within three weeks of your order being placed, please call the ticket office at 800-367-3306.

I need someone else to pick up the tickets I purchased. How do I do this?
Please call the ticket office at 800-367-3306 and let them know. They will place a pick-up name on your tickets. Please note, they should still give your name when picking up the tickets. This just authorizes them as an additional pick-up person.

Can I switch my tickets to a different night due to the weather?
No. All ticket sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges. The rodeo will happen rain or shine to get the contestants moving on to their next rodeo destination.

PARKING:

Where do I park and how much is parking?
Follow the directions on our Maps & Directions page. Parking attendants will show you where to park. Official Rodeo Parking is FREE of charge.

SEATING:

What type of seating is at the rodeo?
The arena features bleacher-style seating throughout, with each section, row and seat clearly labeled. Seating layout may vary slightly by evening so be sure to visit the Ticket Page to view the seating chart for the night you plan to attend.

Can I bring a stadium seat or bleacher chair?
While stadium chairs are allowed, they must not exceed 18 inches wide by 14 inches deep. Larger seats are not permitted. Plan accordingly, if the stadium chair impeeds on your neighbors room beside you or behind you, the chair will not be able to be used. No exceptions.

Is there an accessibilty seating section?
Accessible seating is available throughout the arena in Row One, rather than in one designated section. Row One includes standard bleacher seating for guests who do not use a mobility device. Guests who use a wheelchair or other mobility device may position their device at their assigned Row One seat location in place of using the bleacher seat. When purchasing tickets, please select your preferred available seat in Row One to ensure accessible seating for your party.

I am bringing someone using a mobility device, can I still sit beside them?
Guests attending with someone who requires accessible seating are encouraged to purchase an adjacent Row One seat so your party can remain together. When purchasing tickets, select available Row One seats next to the accessible guest’s assigned seat. If you have questions about accessible or companion seating before purchasing your tickets, please contact the Official Ticket Office for assistance. Our staff will be happy to help you find seating that best accommodates your party.

What if my child will be in a stroller?
A child who will remain in a stroller should select Row One seating. The child in the stroller MUST have a children's ticket purchased for them as their mobility device (stroller) will take up a seat location on the bleachers. Other members of the group should select the adjacent seats in Row One or directly behind in Row Two.
