Spooner Rodeo Queen 2026 - Samantha Peck

Hello, my name is Samantha Peck, I am 16-year-old Spooner High School student. In my free time, I enjoy riding horse, fishing, four wheeling, and a variety sports including cross country, softball,  and trap shooting.

I am originally from Baldwin, WI where I attended Baldwin-Woodville Elementary School. My family relocated to Sarona, WI where we live in the house my dad built. Had it not been for my family’s move, I would never have got to experience a summer around horses. After finding my true love for horses, I became involved in 4H participating in walk-trot classes and gaming as well as horseless horse. My 16-year-old Leopard Appaloosa, Kya, loves to run barrels and pole bending. We also compete in Western Pleasure, English and Trail which has continued to strengthen our bond. I can't wait to continue growing with Kya so we can compete in more events and travel around the area.

I am so proud to have been chosen as your Heart of the North Rodeo Queen and to serve as a Spooner Rodeo Ambassador for the next year. I can’t wait to meet you at the rodeo in July!

Spooner Rodeo Princess 2026 - Arianna Frederickson

Hi my name is Arianna Frederickson, I am 16 years old and go to Spooner High School. My involvement with horses began very early in life, as I was always around them, whether at home or visiting my grandparents. I got my first horse, an ex-rodeo pony named Magic, when I was six. Shortly after, we joined the Northwest Wisconsin Equine Club in Hayward, where I learned many valuable skills like being a part of a team, and riding with confidence. Now, I apply these skills in 4-H and in my daily life. I'm involved in many communities. I'm the youth treasurer of my 4-H club, the Go-Getters, and the youth secretary of the livestock show and sale. Some of my favorite activities include riding, crocheting, and embroidery, making sourdough, and hanging out with friends.

My passion for rodeo started very young. Like many kids, I eagerly awaited summer, but for me, it meant the Barnes Rodeo was coming to town. My mom would bring my siblings and me every year, and I always looked forward to seeing the queen, princess, cowboys, and cowgirls who made it all possible.

As your Princess of the 72nd, Heart of the North Rodeo, I am honored to spread the family tradition of the rodeo and share my love for the sport. I want to encourage younger generations and people of all ages to come and enjoy this long-running tradition as much as I have.

Miss Teen Rodeo Wisconsin 2026 - Ava Johnson

Megan has attended two years at the university of Wisconsin River Falls and is currently studying other academic opportunities. Megan would like to work on a horse and cattle ranch with her horse Dusty. Megan also loves kids and enjoys working with them as a daycare teacher both at home during the summers and during the year while attending school herself.

Megan had the privilege of riding with The Pink Ribbon Rebels equestrian drill team for many years. She was also on her high school equestrian team and attending high school rodeo events. She has been riding since she was eight years old and has learned many things. Although we never really know everything, she is eager to learn more and teach her horse how to sort cattle, team rope and breakaway. As Megan travels the wonder state of Wisconsin, she is most excited about meeting new people, educating fans, connecting with contestants, stock contractors, and supporters. She also looks forward to expanding her rodeo family, because once you have friends in the rodeo world you always have family.

Miss Rodeo Wisconsin 2026 - Shannon Sachs

Shannon Sachs currently calls Plover, Wisconsin, home. She wasn't always involved in the rodeo industry but at age 15 she had the opportunity to purchase her first horse Happy, which helped shape her future. She competed in the Little Britches of Wisconsin Rodeo circuit in high school where she achieved the goal of 2019 State Champion Barrel Racer and Pole Bender and also qualified for finals in goat tying and breakaway roping.

After high school she attended University of Wisconsin River Falls where she got her Bachelors of Science in Agriculture Education.
